I don't like pain even with a high pain tolerance BUT if I go under the knife again I rather it be Dr. Low. Patient and answers all my questions clearly.

My wifes doctor is Dr. Low and I don't know how else to express my gratitude to him and his staff. I am not going to lie but we have waited a few minutes to be seen after the appointment time but my wife and I would wait for to see Low any day because he is that good. Thank you doctor Low and staff.

My appointment time was 11:00am. Arrived early to check in (even though I completed the online check in process). Didn't get called in until 11:46. It is now 12:40 (an hour and 40 minutes AFTER my appointment) and I am still waiting to see the doctor. This is ridiculous. It doesn't matter how good a doctor may be if the office is this disorganized and disrespectful of people's time and other commitments.
