RecommendedMy review for OST is specifically in regards to the Optavia Nutrition Program. I thought that the program is fantastic but the coaching is even better! Pam took time out of her busy schedule as much as I needed in order to provide help whenever I requested. I personally lost 20 pounds in just a month and a week under the program and could not be happier about how it helped my overall energy. Would recommend this to anyone looking for help in establishing healthy eating habits!

The Orthopedic Sports Therapy team is extraordinary. They are attentive and caring and helped me get to the source of my shoulder problem. In addition, they ensured that I had the tools and the knowledge to care for myself once released from their direct care. There isn’t a high enough rating to demonstrate my confidence in Pam and her team. They are the best!
I first met JJ in September and was experiencing such pain in my right leg that it was very difficult to drive. After examining me and asking lots of questions, she was able to determine that the pain was caused, not by my leg, but by a pinched nerve in my back. have been going to this office for over a year and really respect Pam and her staff. JJ is who I have been seeing for my last flare up, numbing of left leg and arm. I have also had lower back pain for many years, which was instrumental in the numbing. I will say that we have given me so much relief!! I have long periods throughout the day with no pain!! I go to the gym 3-4 times per week and have home exercises. The therapist's look at the entire body not just where the pain is! I am going back for maintenance visits!
I went into Orthopedic Sport Therapy with lower back pain. I was couldn't sit, I could barely drive, it took me forever to get dressed and I couldn't exercise. Within a few weeks of working with Melanie I was mobile again and much more comfortable. And a few weeks after that my lower back pain was 100% manageable.
I have nothing but good things to say about Orthopedic Sports Therapy Tempe. I had a great experience here and had the pleasure of working with JJ to fix my problem. She was always friendly and genuinely cares about who she is helping. The staff as a whole was awesome and they would work together recommending different stretches or exercises to help any patients regardless of if they were theirs specifically or not. Melanie is the best she is so polite and we talk never a dull moment conversation is always good and she cares about her patients..her staff is also very friendly and helpful always and the music is good too.... kudos ill recommend you anytime thank you for your help Darlene Aguilar
