I looked at some of the other posts and I cannot believe how petty people are with how supposedly long it took to get into see the doctor. I will say that this group has the best care in all of St. Louis. I am treated (as is everyone I’ve referred) as an individual not as a number. They give quality care. They fix other physicians screwup’s. I’m happy to have them here in the city. Procedure went fine. Issue with wait time. Two office visits, each 90 minute wait time. Surgery scheduled for noon, Dr. didn't show up until 1240. Dr. drew labs..ended up bill $3,200 for labs alone.

I called to check if they were in network with my insurance and was told yes. I went and paid my $50 copay up front with cash and was seen by the physician's assistant who was very professional. I was reccomended for surgery and it was set up. I was called later to say that my insurance wasn't in network and had to go elsewhere paying another $50 copay. Upon my visit there, I had brought my own X-rays that I had done at an urgent care near me. I was billed for x-rays and the copay I had already paid. It was difficult to get ... read more
