It was already frustrating having to reschedule my appointments but now the ball was completely dropped. I've been waiting for a referral to be sent in for at least 3 weeks just to follow and find out that the doctor hasn't even created the referral in the first place effectively preventing me from getting the treatment I need. I don't recommend this location and I will be looking for another doctor
I have been to different orthopedic Dr’s in another state and still had issues. Today I seen Dr. Hoock and FINALLY know what Is wrong with me. Years of periodic episodes etc. I’m relieved to be headed in the right direction thanks to him! The staff is friendly and very blessed to have been referred there!
My daughter has also have been rescheduled 3 times in the last 7 days by the orthopedic department in presque isle. I will not be rescheduling a fourth time.
They have rescheduled my daughter,she 13 amd has trigger finger, 3 times.
