Went there after snapping my fifth metacarpal. He told me I needed surgery if i wanted it to heal the best, so I went along with it and let him do it. Big mistake. Not only did he put the two screws touching at one end, he used two different sized screws on a break that needed a full plate to begin with. My hand was broken again in that cast in less than a month, he said he wasn’t happy with how he handled it either. I needed a redo surgery, but did not go to him and my hand is amazing now. Do not recommend. I had a textbook frozen shoulder and was in excruciating pain and had been trying physical therapy for a month. He was very short with me and told me to continue PT and closed my file. I begged him for medical intervention and he said "oh...do you want like... a cortisone shot?". I was like...well...you're the doctor! He gave me the shot. I went to a different ortho who told me standard protocol is to receive 2 cortisone shots 2 weeks apart. New doc treated me and I felt better. Also Dr. Kupersmiths office ... read more

Was being treated by Dr. Kupersmith a few months ago for a herniated disc. Hurt the disc last night in excruciating pain cant walk i called the office today and tried to set up a virtual appointment or a phone call with the doctor since i could not walk. Could hear a receptionist laughing in the background with the receptionist i was on the phone with while i was explaining my situation.
