Dr seems very sexist. Wife went in for an appointment dismissed all of her concerns. Psych evaluation read in an incredibly sexist manner. Completely unacceptable.
If I could give them no stars I would. This office is extremely cold the person that I seen there was extremely cold unfeeling in my opinion. After she described what is going on with my back I could kind of understand why I'm in so much pain for as quick as she explained it to me. But then for her to tell me that they don't take people out of work or light duty unless they're having surgery was just so cold and callous and un-feeling especially for what I do for work. My Hubby needed an orthopedic appointment because of extreme pain in his shoulder this particular Monday morning. He was unable to get a same-day appointment where we live. Thankful for the UPMC location for a same-day appointment. Practice was very busy, and I waited in the waiting room. The staff is friendly and attentive to all patients.
Time with Dr Werner is great. getting the office to return calls is poor at best.
