Doctor has great knowledge and very easy to understand and work with!
I had particularly difficult hand surgery last November and Dr Muppavarapu has been brilliant in supporting my ongoing recovery and providing appropriate outpatient interventions and supportive therapy.
Dr.Muppa is fantastic, but this is the most unhelpful office staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Every time I’ve called I’ve been given one new “answer” after another. An issue that should’ve been resolved over a week ago has unsurprisingly not been attended to by the office staff and each time I’ve called I’ve been met with like I said; new “answers” to my problem and given attitude alongside. Thanks for the help ladies. Do better.
Dr. Patz is the best. He saved my right rotator cuff and will do the same for my left.
