This place is so horrible I don’t recommend this place to anyone I’ve been scheduled for two separate appointments I go there an they tell me different times when I get there I even have witnesses of the times they tell me are correct an when I get there they tell me twice now that it’s the wrong times I’ve asked to file a complaint an still get no where I can’t drive because of my leg so I’m having my family drive me an then it’s the wrong time is very discouraging if you make an appointment here make sure it’s recorded so ... read more
My provider sent a referral for me to see a specialist at OrthoNY Glens Falls. I waited 3 weeks and OrthoNY finally called and left a message for me to call them. I called, waited on hold, then elected to press 3 to "keep your place in queue and we'll call you back." It is now 2 weeks later and no one has called me back. I'm Not At All Impressed With OrthoNY at Glens Falls Hospital So Far; I doubt I will pursue surgical care with them.
I went here all the time when I had problems with my hands. The doctors were always nice but today I had the worst experience. I just had my surgery for my trigger finger release so I was already tired but the post op nurse called me to reschedule my post op appointment cause the pa wasn't going to be in the office and gave me an attitude cause I took that day off from work for that appointment. I was talked to like an idiot. Lied to me about appointments
2 appointments they canceled on me and the receptionist guy was ok but the lady I think her name is Betty but not sure was a snotty lady. I didn't like her at all . It was not my fault ya'll canceled on me and had to get rescheduled. I will be taking to the surgeon about this
