I have been very impressed with the caring attitude of my therapist Matt Greenwood. He explains echo exercise you do shows you how to do it and then works with you. It is a pleasure to go and do the exercises because I feel better afterwards.
ORS staff most cooperative in scheduling appts, and flexible for changes. Matt Greenwood is extremely knowledgeable, well educated, and truly cares for his patients. I have trusted Matt since 2005 for therapy with full recovery from shoulder surgery, 2 knee replacements, a hip replacement, and several minor injuries. 5 Star all the way !
Excellent care and very friendly
I had to cancel 2 apt because I came down with covid. The cancelations where done with a 24 hour notification. Then I decided to cancel one more apt because I was in contact with my therapist b4 I knew I had covid and I wanted to b sure she didn't have it because I see my 91 yr old mother in a home with other elderly people quite often. Unfortunately I decided to do this the same day as my apt. So it wasn't a 24 hour notification. The receptionist said I was being charged $25.00 because of this. I have seen Matt, and he is amazing, I would recommend him to anyone. He is so passionate about his job. He is so educated and is someone I look up to highly. In my personal opinion the front desk lady is a bit fake, she seems super crabby when people call her. Maybe it’s just her personality but she try’s to be patient but gets frustrated easily.
