Rena's Pilates classes never disappoint! What a GREAT instructor! I love her professionalism, her smiles and most importantly how she encourages you to challenge yourself each and every class. She will keep you coming back, that's for sure.

The BEST pilates studio in all Chicagoland. I've been taking classes her for ten years. The same instructors are still there. They are not only certified, most of them are physical therapists and add that dimension to the classes. They know everyone who comes to class, and , if they don't, they get to know them. As a therapist with 47 years I find this clinic and all the staff to be highly experienced and unique in the world of ortho since they incorporate so many modalities...especially pilates reformer. I am seeing Stephany for a post op total knee. She is an incredible PT and her PTA's are as well. You will not find a better clinic. I refer my patients here. The best is they are also family owned too!!
