Steph is an exceptional Pilates instructor. As someone new to the reformer, I felt completely supported—she took the time to clearly explain each component and helped me feel confident in what to expect. The class itself was both fun and challenging, with a beautiful, steady pace that allowed me to stay present and engaged. Her use of imagery and gentle encouragement created such a positive and uplifting experience. I’m so grateful to have started my reformer journey with her.

Look no further for OUTSTANDING Physical Therapy. I have come here for many different Issues, worked with many different therapists, and have always gotten excellent results.
