I was so nervous when having knee difficulty. This facility from receptionist to Stephanie the scheduler were professional, kind and made this process seamless. I had my meniscus root repair with Dr. Parker. I can not spout enough kind words to tell how amazing he was. From pre-op to post-op he was smart, calm, professional and his bedside manner is top- notch. I recommend this facility 10/10. So glad I choose OSSM/OPTI to do my surgery!!!
