The staff is outstanding. I like that they take time to evaluate & lisen to my thoughts prior to simply directing my treatment plan, great teamwork. Also I had the opertunity to see how the team applied the same individual tailored treatment to another patient who had the same surgery but was on a much different personal time line toward his recovery.
I started seeing Chris Garrett four years ago when I needed PT before and after my hip replacement. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I recovered well, thanks to his help. Since then, I have seen him for several other problems. I was having pain in my elbow, and my doctor referred me to an occupational therapist that specializes in hands, wrists, and elbows. The whole team at OPTI provides excellent service! I felt like my needs were met both physically and mentally. Jason Bruns is #1 I have been seeing him for 15 years and would not go anywhere else. He is a Jedi at his practice, professional, and still carries a great sense of Humor. They had me fixed up 1 month ahead of schedule!
