I wish I could have no star at all. I called the office and was put on hold. When the person came back to me, I began to explain that I was returning their call to me to make an appointment there. She seemed confused. I gave her my name again and said “don’t worry about that (referring to my returning their call). If I could leave negative stars it would be an understatement. Most unprofessional leadership I’ve ever spoken with, booked out almost a month then refused to treat after they couldn’t email appointment roster and I followed to confirm the appointment. Spoke with Dina, who confirmed there was a transposed digit in the phone number as well as email address they had been leaving voicemails/emails at, which clearly explained the communication error on their behalf. I would not see any other physical therapist...Steve Gamble is a skilled healer with a wonderful bedside manner. He provides individual attention to his clients during the entire session. I enthusiastically recommend him as a caring and competent physical therapist.
