I made an appointment through their website for my elderly relative who can barely move.. a few days later I called to confirm and ask what paperwork was needed to complete prior. I was told the date and time I had booked was 'not available' for my relative. How can it suddenly not be available?! Just imagine if I had not called and had driven all the way there with my relative, having gone through the process of loading/unloading them from the car.. please be serious about appointments
