Late Monday afternoon, after going to my Ortho doc following a fall, I was fitted for a hand brace. As I need to wear it for 4 solid weeks, I figured I'd see how much a second brace would cost online so I could switch them up and wash them. I found the exact same item the orthopedist's office had provided for a super reasonable cost here. I ordered it and now it's Thursday noon, and it just arrived. Exactly the same. Prices are fair, product range very good. But the best thing is OrthOut's customer service. Fast responses, and they even sent me a new package after the original one was delayed due to UPS, and I already left the hotel. Thank you very much, Amanda! Too bad, I cannot give you 7 stars (in general, I am a rather critical reviewer, but you would deserve a better rating. Rally extraordinary)
Great customer service, fair pricing, and fantastic communication. During the pandemic there have been supply issues everywhere. Thankfully this company communicates with the client when deliveries are delayed and they rapidly reply to any questions you may have.
