Over the years I have had various pain, mobility, and strength issues related to overuse and poor technique (and sports that lend themselves to overuse issues - volleyball, tennis, racquetball). I have used acupuncture, chiropractors, and other treatments that may or may not provide some temporary relief, but don't resolve the underlying causes. Kim listened to my symptoms, asked several specific questions and explained what was happening in my body. She then gave me exercises and a plan to strengthen. Honestly the best PT experience I've had.

About two weeks before I was supposed to run the 2023 Boston Marathon, I was convinced that I had suffered a stress fracture in my foot. I was referred to Kim at ONEPT and, being a runner herself, she knew the stakes and managed to get me an appointment the next day. After a one hour appointment, I left with a plan that not only quelled my fears and corrected my understanding of my injury, not only got me to the start and finish line, but allowed me to have the best run of my whole training period. I am so grateful for Kim's... read more
