I had such a great experience with Karen! I’ve been dealing with a stiff, sore shoulder after rotator cuff surgery about 9 months ago, and her massage really helped a lot. She knew exactly where to focus and took her time working through the tight areas. I felt so much better afterward—way less tension and better movement in my shoulder. Karen is awesome at what she does, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone needing some relief. I’ll be back for sure!
I've had facials before and absolutely hated them. After moving states I was truly sad to not have access to my prior message therapist, but after some researching I stumbled on Karen’s practice. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough, knowledgeable, and effective her services were. 10/10 would gladly recommend her to anyone I know!
My massages at a Moment in Time. Literally were a devine moment in time. I am a singer. had a lot of tension in my throat from an accident I suffered that shattered my shoulder. This made it very difficult for me to sing because of the strain from the shoulder surgery. I am now singing much more freely and my neck doesn't hurt as much.
My skin is glowing and super hydrated. I relaxed under Karen’s hands. My skin is super sensitive and Karen knew exactly how to take care of it. I highly recommend her! I also had a massage by her and it was amazing.
