I’ve been a member of Total Health in the fitness area for at least 5 years. I also have benefitted from the physical therapy area for 2 knee issues, back pain, and shoulder pain. Regarding physical therapy - all the therapists have been professional, knowledgeable, and successful in our interaction to solve my issues. I have taken advantage of the fitness area by participating in a numerous variety of classes and working out on my own.
