Dr blazars office has moved and my son was last seen in a hospital like setting in Attleboro, in an open room with curtain dividers. Dr blazar ordered 2 MRIs and it took over 10 phone calls and nearly 3 weeks to get Blazars office to submit my sons script so that we could get his prior auth/referall. Finally got the MRI and now can be seen for another 1.5 weeks. Not acceptable all the way around.
