Front staff member was abrasive, rude and a bit racist. I was told I would be seen for over an hour after my scheduled, did not update me on time when I asked and was incredibly rude in response when I asked for the update she said she was going to give. Pronounced my name wrong on multiple occasions, rolled her eyes and said “whatever” when corrected and continued to pronounce it wrong. Will be filing a report to HHS OCR

I had Christina working with me on my balance issues over the course of several months. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to steer me to improved mobility and understanding the underlying elements of my condition. Kudos to Christina and Orthopedics Centers of Colorado for employing her!

I never feel so Humiliated in my life before I met my appointment for my first evaluation with my physical therapist almost 2 1/2 weeks ago I went for my appointment took a day off from work because of my back pain when I went there, I told the receptionist that I I am checking in for my appointment this afternoon at three. Excellent care and preparation. Dr. Adamson was a true professional, used the newest technology, and procedures to perform the knee replacement surgery. The anesthesiologist was excellent as well. One week post op and making progress on my rehab. Very pleased so far. Highly recommend getting the RomTech bike to aid in rehab. The Physical Therapists at OCC are great and provide high quality services.
