PTs and front of office staff are great. Unfortunately I have had to reduce care and will have to drop all together as they can’t provide proper documentation to my insurance. I have tried to resolve this in just about every way including multiple calls and having UMR send multiple fax requests for more information. Hoping maybe someone will care enough to get this resolved when posted publicly.
Grace, and Erika are by far champions in my book. Everyday of my therapy with their help, I builded my strength and confidence, in my mobility after my total knee replacement surgery. Thank you ladies you both are the beat in my book..🥇🥇
