You cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return your calls. They ignore their portal. They tried to obtain a prior authorization from the wrong PBM. I gave them the correct PBM and I even provided the correct phone number and they ignored me. After 4 weeks I gave up and found another doctor.
I had my last visit in 2025, yet their accounting and billing department keeps sending me bills over a year later. In December, they assured me everything was paid in full, but new bills continue arriving without explanation. When I called for clarification, the staff’s dismissive attitude made it clear they had no intention of addressing my concerns or providing answers. This poor handling has turned a simple matter into an ongoing nightmare, avoid this place if you value competent billing.
Called and provided my insurance info and was promised a call back to explain coverage and schedule appointment however I did not get a callback, two weeks waiting now
