I highly recommend Dr. Max Mondestin. My experience from pre-operative to post-operative care and into healing was exceptional. I was particularly impressed with his bedside manner, professionalism, and extensive knowledge. His main team/clinic nurse, Amber, and the entire staff were also outstanding. Overall, it was a highly positive experience.
very hard to reach the office, very hard to get an appt online. Once you get into the office, wonderful service.
Clean office, good service and nice and friendly staff
You cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return your calls. They ignore their portal. They tried to obtain a prior authorization from the wrong PBM. I gave them the correct PBM and I even provided the correct phone number and they ignored me. After 4 weeks I gave up and found another doctor.
