The office was closed at 3:45 on a Friday. I understand emergencies happen, but after being told to come in as quickly as possible, it was disappointing to arrive and be turned away with very little communication or empathy. I hope the clinic considers how much a thoughtful explanation and a little compassion can improve the patient experience.
Awful. I have severe chronic back issues and I came in crying which is not something I do with sciatica pain. I was told by the doctor hes leaving the practice so here's 6 days of percocets and a steroid pack. Goodluck. Next doctor will see you IN A MONTH. NO SIR. I took my broke back elsewhere and got an epidural and a real pain management plan.
I went there for knee pain and was told to get over it. It's also ok to take Tylenol and wear my knee brace long term. Beware, of this office they don't care.
Impersonal, corporatized, frustrating. It’s terrible to be turned away at an appointment, due to a billing issue that can’t get resolved because the billing staff is apparently in another country. Their billing is very hard to reach, unresponsive to messages, and the rep had a hard time understanding me, and vice versa - he had a very thick accent.
