Dr. Mondestin He is a poor doctor. I will never recommend him. I was on Workmen’s Comp. for over a year and a half with him. He didn’t wanna bother with me. He did not want to take my case. Basically, I was a bother to him and I had moved out of state I come here on Work cop they figured out the problem. This man should never touch anybody again
This place gets a 4'8 rating, they just forgot the minus sign. Never seen a more poorly coordinated office. I have to give it one star by default.
I am extremely disappointed with Rochelle in this office. She had ordered an injection medication for my father prior to an appointment even being set for him to receive this injection. She called advising that the insurance carrier approved for my dad to receive the injection. I advise Rochelle that an appointment can not get made and he will not be needing this medication due to he is in the hospital and will not make it.
