If you wanna get real care don't go here. They treated my sister like she was making her condition up. Finally went to Memorial in Springfield and realized she had a stroke.
Was the worst care never even got seen was up here for more than three hours and never was seen not one time
I'm only giving this review a 5 star is because of the security guard Brenton. The staff in the ER department treated me like a homeless person looking to squat there. Bad communication between the night shift and day shift. Brenton showed empathy and even grabbed his supervisor to go over Karen in the ER to allow me to stay and wait for my ride. He also so kindly walked me to the cafeteria and showed me where everything was. Went I went to pay for my lunch they couldn't break a fifty so he paid for my lunch. Thanks again fo... read more
We are from NC and my husband woke up with Chest pains. Before his butt hit the chair they were calling him back. Quickly got labs, x ray, and CT. Quick results along with IV meds. Very happy with his treatment!!
