I needed orthopedic centers of Illinois to fax my information to my disability insurance company but thay Refused! I have to go on line to an outside Source.and do a Ton Of stuff jump over the moon all to get my information to my insurance still working on it. It's been 2weeks so far🤨😡😩😫😡😤😤😤😤😡🤬🤬!! When all I do with my primary care physician is give them a form and They fill it out and fax it simply! BUT NO ORTHOPEDIC CENTERS OF ILLINOIS HAS TO BE DIFFICULT AND REFUSE TO DO THIS!!! if I could I would Sue them!

Dr VanFleet and the staff are professional and caring. Found the issue with my neck and arm. He preformed surgery on me years ago. It went very well. Glad he will be performing my surgery again.
