Doctors are Good but very Poor Office Management. Appointments screwed up - clueless people on phone - rude & stupid employees - office manager is the worst and probably explains the poor quality staffing.
I will NEVER go back to OCI ever again. I had 2 back surgeries within 11 days that left me with severe nerve damage and foot drop 😡

My surgeon, J. Williams treated me with total respect, not a number. Took his time with me. Understood my position with regards to my career, but always keeping informed of my situation. He made sure he made every possible diagnosis to better treat me and make surgery my decision. Once I made the decision, he explained the whole procedure to me and how my recovery would be. Im still recovering and hope all turns out well.
Complications sent me to OCI in 2009, where I was fortunate to be placed in the care of Dr. D Gordon Allan, it was a long tough road but he brought me through and got me back on my feet again. Now 11 years later I am in his care again, it’s been a long road but I have confidence that again with god’s help and Dr Allan’s skills I will walk again!
Their professionalism and willingness to help solve a problem. They are thorough in explaining the procedure. All staff work laboriously together throughout the time period.
Dr Senica and her staff were very caring, kind, professional and respectful of my time. Dr Senica is very knowledgeable and personable. The process of new patient sign up was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend them if you have Orthopedic needs!!
I chose Dr. Vanfleet because he was my mothers doctor and if it hadn’t been for him she would’ve been in a wheel chair. She has passed away but left me with her genetics so... now he will keep the “family tradition goin”. I have also had several surgeries with other partners of his. Love the care you get with this group of doctors!!
