Doctors are Good but very Poor Office Management. Appointments screwed up - clueless people on phone - rude & stupid employees - office manager is the worst and probably explains the poor quality staffing.Â
I will NEVER go back to OCI ever again. I had 2 back surgeries within 11 days that left me with severe nerve damage and foot drop 😡Â
