I saw Dr Swanson for the first time 1 year ago. My initial visit was to address hip pain as a result of several partial tendon tears, severe bursitis and edema in the area. He recommended a conservative approach at first using a steroid injection followed by 4 -6 weeks of Physical Therapy. It worked beautifully for many months but then my hip pain returned.
