My son went here with an injured back and during the whole course of his treatment, I have been thoroughly impressed Chris Hanson, P.A and his medical assistant, Ashley. During his first visit, which was the evaluation, Chris had him get an X-ray, which was on site and a nice convenience. He then ordered a bone scan for my son for further evaulation. Today my 51 yr old mother saw Jay M Borick. Absolutely HORRIBLE will be reporting him to whoever I can to get this doctor FIRED. She was referred to him by Advance pain care for her wrist that has been broken twice.. She has a skin condition he said “I have to ask do you shoot up and do drugs?!” He continued to accuse and harass her about it! Then he said “you can leave now” What kind of Doctor says that?! Heard good things about them from a friend/patient but after 2 weeks of trying to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered the phone telling me their scheduling program was down and never calling back, I guess I’ll never know. How do you have patients with no schedule?
So I spent the morning on hold for an hour just to make an appointment only to find out that they made an appointment for the wrong Dr. I spent another hour on hold to be told that there was nothing they could do to make my original appointment with the right Dr. I kept the appointment only to be called by the office that due to scheduling issues they have to move my appointment again. Please do not waste your time calling this office. The level of incompetence in the scheduling dept makes me think maybe I shouldn’t see the ... read more
