This has got to be the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. When you call you have to spend 20 minutes trying to navigate the automated system only to be transferred to a voicemail where you leave a message and the receptionist calls you back the problem is they call you back and if you don’t pick up, you have to start the whole process all over again. I’ve been trying to set up an appointment with doctor now A month. You cannot speak to a live human being whoever designed this system needs to be fired.
