Amy Collins, PA and all of the staff at orthopedic associates are great! Just took my 3 and a half year old there for a clavicle fracture and everyone was great with her. The x ray techs stayed with her and made her feel comfortable during the imagining. I was able to stand behind a glass window so my daughter could still see me. Amy was very quick to see us and also made my daughter feel comfortable. Amy was very thorough at explaining where the fracture was, the treatment and what do do next. I was referred to see Dr. TAN after sustaining a work injury. Upon arriving for my appointment and providing my Department of Labor paperwork to include a one page form that must be filled out by the doctor, the receptionist hands me a card and says they don't fill out any paperwork to document the injury and that it is outsourced to another company to complete at a cost of $35 a form. Are you kidding me! How are people supposed to provide their employer with documentation from the doctor from an outsourced company?! This or... read more
