After sending my sons prescription and waiting a week for an appointment and verifying with the staff that they could do a custom mold for my son, I arrived at the practice with my child only for them to tell me that they don’t have the capabilities to order/ create a custom TLSO. I would avoid this practice if you require customization it seems like they don’t have nearly as much capability for customization as they appear to.

I have been a client of Orthopedic Art for over 12 years. Since my first visit, Stephen and his team have always been very helpful and have met all my needs. I continue to be a client even though I no longer live in New York City and drive 2 hours when I need to.
