Founded in 1984 by owner/physical therapist David Hite, OSPT has established a long history of excellence in treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. While the core of the practice has developed around a progressive, unique spine treatment program, we also provide state-of-the-art rehabilitation for extremity injuries including shoulders, knees, hips and ankles.

I'd recommend this place to anyone. Very very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and will help you out in anything you may need. They make your experience fun even if you're having a bad day. I had a good time there for having to do exercises.
OSPT is the second PT office I went to after having a total ACL reconstruction July 2022. I wish I only went to OSPT!! They improved my old overall strength in a matter of weeks. Thoroughly happy with the care I’ve received here and I highly recommend them!
