Outstanding communication, and education about my workplace injury by both the PA, Kyler Benbow, and Dr. Shook himself. Absolutely confident in their skills, and resumes. Mayo Clinic level care compared to my previous healthcare provider choice in Champaign, IL. I am very pleased by both providers, and will not hesitate to recommend both Dr.Shook, and P.A.Benbow to anyone in the future.
