Writing this review on behalf of my grandmother, Chung Elliott: I recently had an appointment with Dr. Joseph Dannenbau, orthopedic surgeon at Madigan Army Medical Center, and I am so grateful for the care I received. I came in for ongoing knee issues and needed a steroid injection, but Dr. Dannenbau first recommended an x-ray to make sure everything was safe and appropriate. The entire team treated us with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. They took the time to explain every step of the healing process, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure my son feel comfortable and confident throughout. Really it’s time to get this clinic investigated due to the lack of customer service and unprofessional clerical employees. It’s truly a shame how they have one of the largest clinics and you have to basically harass them to correspond! To include having senior leadership to assist you.
Been calling all week. Can't drive due to broken foot or I would go in to complain.
Don't expect them to answer their phones. They will not.
