for their billing practices: they submit to Medicare months after payment has been received. The attitude and reason from their billing manager: "we have up to 6 months to submit". I asked if she would be happy if she had paid almost $600 for a test? Why do I think they might be faster if they hadn't received the payment from the patient and had no reason to submit (electronically) in a timely manner. Very cavalier attitude and replies. Also just slightly unpleasant and couldn't give two hoots.
