Over all the south tower is great Drs are great some nurses in ICU are very slow at answering patients call lights and don’t say their busy cause it took 15 minutes before they answered my love because I was there happened several times and the nurses were in middle area of nurses station laughing and caring on which is crap considering we traveled 4&1/2 hours to get here. Have post operative osteomyelitis for 3 years now. facility is not competent to cure this infection and do not refer to another institution for consultation, posing life threatening complications, pain and suffering. You cover yourself to not be sued, instead of doing right by the person harmed.

I had my Hip replacement By Dr Vahedi in Oct of 2022 he's a terrific surgeon. And would definitely recommend him Im finally mobile and pain free again . he has a fine office staff.And the recovery team was fantastic I was well cared for Thank you all so much.

The worse I ever been too they are very rude they hardly bathed me at all and o had to demand to get bathed for 2 days in a row I didn't get bathed at all didn't treat me right at all

The nurses at this hospital have no answers to anything except I don’t know. The doctors do not even have the decency to show up and give an explanation or answer any type of questions . We have found pills in the bed for seizures and blood thinners that the nurses are not making sure are taken at night, so now my brother is sleeping here through the night to make sure my dad is taken care of properly. Over 14 hours of my dad struggling with his oxygen… that wasn’t even connected to the oxygen machine. 3 weeks here… with no ... read more

Took my son here after being sick for two weeks. Saw a female nurse practitioner. She said I ll give him some antibiotics Augamentin to be exact. And it would be called in at our pharmacy. So went to pharmacy and nothing called in of course. So I called and now they are saying he doesn’t need anything. Well don’t tell me your calling in something and then changing your damn mind after I run to the pharmacy. Get your SHIT together

I was hesitant to leave this review, but I really feel that I need to make sure that credit goes where it is due. While my grandfather was under PVH care, he was originally released by the ER, and then admitted within 24 hours, so I don't have a lot of faith in their knowledge, skills or judgment. However, during his care, his stay in the ICU, the care was enough to earn the 4 stars. His nurses were knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions I had.
