Many thanks to Dr. Kwok and team for doing such an excellent job on my wrist surgery. When I fell unexpectedly this winter, I knew immediately I had broken my wrist. My heart sank when I learned that not only were both bones broken, but that they would require surgery to mend properly. I was fully expecting my post-surgery recovery to take 6 months or more. Other review hit the nail on the head: the communication and organization of this practice is unbelievably poor. I feel like I am talking to the federal government. You cannot talk to anyone that has power to do anything. Get sent for an MRI and call for a followup visit and told 19 days later for the follow up appt.? I guess being in pain does not fit their schedule.
