I went in and was treated with respect. There are alot of medical facilities around Fairbanks that everyone talks down to you. This is not the case here. They actually listened to my issues and did a thorough examination to try and find out what was going on with me. I liked everyone i delt with from the receptionist, nurse, Xray tech and Dr. Tamai. Exceptional bed side manner and great customer service is hard to come by these days and I found that here.
Dr Tamai is very personable. He was detailed and took both time and care in explaining the pros and cons of the proposed treatment path. The staff is efficient and friendly. Could not ask for better care.
Dr. Tamai is fantastic and doesn't hide anything. He is up front, honest and really cares about his patients. He makes sure that not only the patient understands but that the family members understand too. All the staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Tamai and his team with Orthopaedic Surgical Associates.
Very quick to get in to see Dr. Tamai. Entire staff very professional. Dr Tamai took my medical concern and went above & beyond for my care. Had a diagnosis and a plan of care within a day due to a scan that had to be done outside of his office. He made certain everything was followed through. I would highly recommend Dr Tamai.
I know that I will get the best of care here. Dr. Tamai is an excellent diagnostician and surgeon. His support staff are professional and always kind.
