Staff was great. Well oiled machine. All had great customer service skills.
The Office and business of Dr Rogers is always clean, staff are always friendly and courteous. I just had a second surgery on my other shoulder and I still can’t believe how quick the recovery is coming along. I thought it was pretty quick when I had my left shoulder done but, boy was I surprised , for the good of course . They do everything with safety first as a slogan I guess. Great Job everybody.
Everyone was very professional and caring. The process was very smooth and efficient. I was in and out in no time. It was great.
Quick efficient on time appointments
I was/am very impressed with all the staff and doctors that I encountered at The Orthopedic Institute of Ocala. I had rotator cuff surgery and from the time I started seeing the doctor until after the surgery they have been very pleasant to work with. I am on the road to recovery now doing physical therapy and feeling better every day.
