The staff here is awesome. Treated you like a person and helped you anyway they could. Sorry I don’t remember names, but it was Aug 19th and the staff working with R. McClellan. Also the staff working for the center wee awesome.

As we sit waiting, with employees on their phones, what is looks like surfing the Web, or talking on their cell phones, my child has been waiting for 3 hours with no one checking on him. No music, No television to help easy the anxious mind of a child who is never had surgery. Did I mention we were still waiting? As we were told no food or drink, he hasn’t eaten since 8 last night. It is now after 1:00. As we watch people either snack or leave to get lunch. This place is a ghost town when it comes to patients. Tons of worker... read more
