I have never been treated as poorly by any doctor as I was today, by Charles D. Benson. He explained nothing to me, just began talking as if I already knew what was wrong. I found out I have arthritis by him telling his nurse,or assistant, that came in with him. I was given no explanation, nor were treatment options clearly discussed. I will not be going back.
