The office staff was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, the doctor was not personable at all. I didn’t like that he offered a telehealth video call to go over my MRI results, and then made several dismissive facial expressions when I told him I couldn’t see what he was referring to on the screen. While he was clearly knowledgeable about my condition, which I do appreciate, his communication style was very blunt. Dr. Malone was rude, condescending, arrogant, and dismissive. He wasn’t empathic and didn’t listen. I don’t recommend him.
Screwed up my surgery. Had to have it revised! Definitely a BIG no go for Dr. Malone
