Be careful. The staff evidently doesn't know how to put through an insurance claim and it is now on a credit report.
OSG USED to be an excellent group. Not anymore. Went in to the Fairfield office for a problem yesterday and am worse today. They were so rude and dismissive to me; couldn't be more obvious they don't care at all. Please if you need ortho help go to a practice where they care about you and don't treat you with rudeness and disrespect.
