Made an appointment as a new first time patient 3 weeks ago, on the day of appointment received 2 missed called at 7:30am and 8:30am attempting a reschedule instead of the 2pm. Not at all concerned with addressing a new patient concerns. The staff and conversations lack beside human manner, very animated and programmed to not address the reality of life. Received a call around 11am from staff, stating Dr. Zavalas has a family emergency, and that he would not be able to address my needs because he doesn’t “DO RECONSTRUCTION”.... read more
