Over the course of 5 weeks I lucky enough to work with multiple staff members of the ORS Napoleon team. All of them always making me feel comfortable and providing me recommendations on activities to continue outside of the facility to stay on track. My husband went there after a knee replacement. From the start Marissa took care of all the details and got the process started. Each therapist he worked with very caring and knowledgeable The entire staff there were very friendly and worked great together during the rehab process. Highly recommend.
I had slipped a lower back disc. Could only walk short distances. With the wonderful team at Orthopaedic Rehap Specialists they in 8 weeks of therapy the disc and nerves are quite and am stronger then before. Thank you all Team ORS Napoleon.
The staff at ORS in Leslie were knowledgeable, kind and cheered me on as I recovered my strength and mobility after my total knee surgery. I am so grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.
Very few appointments available, I was usually only able to get in one day a week. This is not one-on-one PT with a Therapist, it’s usually an Aid instructing you. I spent a lot of wasted time waiting around to be told what exercise to do next by an Aid, who would first have to go find and ask Therapist after each exercise. The 1.5-1.75 hour appointments could have easily been completed in 1 hour. Facility and equipment is good and so were the Therapist’s for the 5-10 minutes they’d spend with me.
