RecommendedAfter a total knee replacement, I went to physical therapy at the aquatic center on S. East Street in Jackson. The therapy I received there was absolutely the best. I went from being in a lot of pain and unable to use my right leg at all, to practically no pain and 95% usage in only 10 weeks. The therapist there are so knowledgeable, positive, polite, friendly, and encouraging. I recommend them 100%.

Worked with Barb, she always was supportive and challenged me to do better, worked hard at home to improve my results , also worked with Jake, Taryn, and Leslie, all were very helpful. Taryn would often offer tips to improve my results even when she wasn’t working with me. They have a great staff that cares about your results. Sorry if I miss spelled anyone’s name. The support staff was always helpful . If you need rehab this is the place to go.
Great rehab support post-surgery! Staff is wonderful, especially Angie and Taylor. The island-vibe in the total joint building is fun. The aquatics workouts were especially helpful after my total knee replacement since the water - and Taylor- make the impossible possible. Gym workous are also great at building confidence while building strength. Less than a week post-surgery does not seem like a good time to get on an exercise bike, but it is.
