Clean office, excellent doctor.
Lauren is an amazing PA and she is so personable. She was great with my son and answered all of his questions. It’s scary going to the doctor when you’re hurt especially as a kid. She made us feel comfortable and I love coming to this office.
I have spent a whole week trying to get an appointment and can only deal with overseas call center who have zero idea how VA referrals work and saying its impossible to speak with someone in the local office. The VA sent over referral, they emailed back that they received it and it was processed, yet the next day say they don't have the referral and cant process the request for an appointment. Unbelievable and any place that ships call centers overseas without letting you talk to someone local is likely not a place you would... read more
