Rude and uncaring...
I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone on this planet. My mother saw Dr. Nguyen she was the coldest Dr. I have seen ever. She had the worst bedside manner. Walked into the room without introducing herself. She is pushy and did not listen to anything my mother had or wanted to say. My mother fell the day before her appointment she didnt even ask how or if she was okay. The receptionist is also rude. Each time we have had to engage with her. This is a review for another location on Plant Avenue in Plant City but I believe everybody should see this no matter what location you go to or what dr. you see. The "owners" lame response was horrendous. My old orthopedic surgeon would see you 1st talk to you about your problems, examine you and then send you in another room for x-rays and then discuss with you their plan to help you.
