I have been very happy about the actual treatment from Dr. Lee, and the staff is very nice. But there is much more to care—including good communication standards. During my last appointment, I was informed at the last minute that I needed a renewed authorization. It would be more efficient if the staff, who are currently treating the patient, could arrange for these new authorizations before they expire. This is a matter of urgency that needs to be addressed.
