Horrible care. No care for client history for treatment and no instructions sent home for aftercare. Do not go here.
Quite professional and appointment was on time. The PA was very professional and informative, and had a refreshing personality.
Gretchen Mason, PA-C was so rude and dismissive. Before even allowing me to finish explaining to her what had happened to me she interrupts and informs me I was wrong and it wasn't possible for that to happen. She acted like I was a Burdon and waste of her time. I left there in tears feeling so defeated and having my entire life experience of pain being treated like I had made it up.
