Every appointment has been smooth, quick and efficient. Facility is nice. My PT, Ashley, is absolutely wonderful!
Went here for 6 45 minutes sessions. Therapy was fine, but the billing. OMG. Nobody can tell you what the visits will cost, and they submitted the same exact claim to my insurance 3 times, even billing me for what the insurance already paid. 5 months after my last session I'm still trying to get the claims fixed. My insurance discounted rate works out to $335/hr, which seems absurd. Probably because they are playing games with coding, or the billing department is just incompetent.
