Went here for 6 45 minutes sessions. Therapy was fine, but the billing. OMG. Nobody can tell you what the visits will cost, and they submitted the same exact claim to my insurance 3 times, even billing me for what the insurance already paid. 5 months after my last session I'm still trying to get the claims fixed. My insurance discounted rate works out to $335/hr, which seems absurd. Probably because they are playing games with coding, or the billing department is just incompetent. I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Shorewood Orthopedic Hospital and staff. The care I received was exceptional, and at a time when I was feeling dicouraged after knee replacement surgery. I would like to particularly mention my PT Gina, who urged me to do my daily exercises at home, which was really the key for returning to normalacy.I feel my recovery is largely due to Gina.She is both professional and personable. We shared laughter along with the challenges. I am extremely grateful. Thank you Gina

I'm still getting bills every month AFTER I left lol. Stop asking for money. I no longer go here.
