I went to urgent care in waconia mn On 10/07/17. I had cut my hand and cut the tendon in half. Orthopedic doctor is the only one that can fix it. So as they were doing the paper work and bleeding and in a lot of pain. The receptionist told me they will not see me because I owe them money. There was nobody else in there and the doctor was playing on his phone. They treated me like I was some kind of loser. This may lead to damage that maybe never be able to be fixed.
