Poor Dr. Whatley-He is the only doctor at the clinic brave enough to allow reviews -he's probably great. I don't have anything bad to say about any of the doctors there and I understand that surgeons are often in surgery longer than expected or called to a surgery they didn't expect, so you might have to wait a while. But today what happened was not understandable. This review isn't specefic to Dr. Whatley but about the clinic as a whole. I have been there on two occasions. I am always 15 minutes early to any of my appointments (Former military habit). Each visit my appointment time was missed by 40 and 31 minutes respectively. They now have a sign up that they will start charging customers who miss their appointments $25.00. I have no problem with that policy but I do expect reciprocity. If they expect patients to be on time, they should be held accountable also. This is a problem at ... read more
